MsAmanda McGregor

Amanda is The Director of Strategic Partnerships at UTS Transdisciplinary School (TD), a member of the executive and leads the partnerships team within UTS Transdiscilplinary School. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors program.

She leads the Transdisciplinary School partnerships team that work across a spectrum of undergraduate, post-graduate, short course, microcredentials, enterprise learning, research and global programs.

Over nine years Amanda has grown the Transdisciplinary School partner ecosystem between UTS and industry, government, community, SME and start-up sectors to support transdisciplinary teaching, learning and research. Partners are central to transdisciplinary thinking – bringing the professional lens and practice, and importantly the real-world complex challenges to which our students apply their learning. During this time, the team has amassed a partner network of 2500 individuals from 1300 organisations, and Transdisciplinary School has achieved a 95% employment rate for BCII graduates within the first 12 months of graduating from the course.

Amanda is passionate about building partnerships of mutual learning and value, and forging innovative programs and sustainable partnerships between education and industry.
