Anthony was admitted as an Australian Lawyer in 2014 and called to the NSW bar in 2017. He practises from 9th Floor Wentworth Chambers.

Anthony graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with first class honours. Since 2014 he has been a casual academic in the Faculty of Law. He has lectured in Introduction to Law, and tutored in Civil Procedure, Equity and Trusts, Evidence and Real Property.

Prior to coming to the bar Anthony worked as a solicitor in commercial litigation and as a judge associate/tipstaff in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia with the following Judicial officers:

- Tipstaff to the Hon.Justice Stephen Campbell (Common Law Division) of the Supreme Court of New South Wales

- Associate to the Hon. Justice Richard Edmonds (retired) of the Federal Court of Australia

- Acting Associate to the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia, the Hon. James Allsop AO

Anthony is also a commissioned officer in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps and a member of the Australian Army Reserve.
