Spanning academia and Industry, I look at AI, digital transformation, ethics and application from both a technology maturity and structure and a people lens. As implementation outpaces our understanding of impact, carful planning especially for infrastructure, sovereignty and ethical consideration has become essential for this technology. 

Having worked and lived through the 2000's wave of AI and the dotcom boom, working closely with businesses to ensure real returns and understanding of their real value proposition, and now working within the nbn on network innovation, strategic technology roadmaps and how to best ensure we have the network set up for the future, i continue to enjoy a close academic relationship stemming from my nearly 2 decades immersed in this technology.
