Catriona is the Climate Change Cluster's Institute Manager. She is responsible for monitoring and managing the Institute's financial obligations and managing all functions of the Institute. She supervises the Institute's professional staff and advises the management team on financial and operational issues. Catriona also works closely with researchers regarding grant and project management and with the broader University to provide diversity in support and administrative management. She is responsible for the implementation of C3's strategic planning and business support. Before joining the Climate Change Cluster, Catriona worked in the university sector, with roles in research management, Centre management and human resources.
