Chris has more than thirty years experience in the technology and innovation field. He has extensive experience in managing large, multi-skilled teams and has held Senior Manager/Executive Director roles in large government and private sector organisations. Chris has developed business-led technology and innovation strategies and managed large scale technology implementations. He has designed and managed major web initiatives including knowledge management solutions, sustainability strategies and online transaction/e-commerce environments.

Chris has worked extensively in partnership with executive teams to develop and implement enterprise-wide technology strategies to meet demanding business needs. Chris has comprehensive team building, people management/motivation and change management skills including the key ability to manage major whole-of-enterprise scoped projects using enterprise architecture techniques. He has been responsible for building effective collaborations across the public, private and academic boundaries and for establishing partnerships with key organisations. Chris has presented on technology and innovation strategy to governments worldwide, including Europe, Africa, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia/NZ, USA, Canada, various Pacific Islands, the United Nations and the World Bank
