D'Arcy Blaxell is a PhD-qualified Social Impact Consultant with nearly 10 years of experience working in education, research, and consulting organisations.

Prior to joining IPPG, D’Arcy worked as a Community Impact Consultant with a major consulting firm. He is experienced in qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation, insight generation, and report writing. D’Arcy is also skilled in stakeholder engagement and management, and has lectured and coordinated courses in Politics and International Relations, Philosophy, and Ethics.

Since joining IPPG, D’Arcy has worked on a range of projects with clients from the government and non-government sectors, based in Australia and internationally.
