Thanh Ngoc (Ellie) Le is a Product Designer specialising in complex SaaS ecosystems and human-AI interaction. She holds a Master of Interaction Design from UTS and previously led system-level UX for multi-platform B2B SaaS ecosystems overseas. She now works at UTS Rapido, where she contributes research and design for public-facing platforms and tools across trust-sensitive domains, including AI governance, regulatory complaints, and gender-based violence research.
