Giuseppe lectures in workplace relations law and business law. He holds a Senior Fellowship with the UK Higher Education Academy (Advance HE) and has received national awards for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning from the Australian Learning and Teaching Council and the Office of Learning and Teaching. He has also twice been awarded the University of Sydney Vice‑Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Teaching.

Before joining UTS, Giuseppe held long‑standing academic appointments at the University of Sydney. He is a visiting scholar at the University of Bologna, Italy, and a guest presenter on Labour Arbitration at Osgoode Hall Law School in Canada. He serves on a number of advisory bodies, including the NSW Law Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and its Specialist Accreditation Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee.
