BIO
Hera Antoniades specialises in Forensic Trust Accounting and governance compliance for the property and legal professions. Her research includes white collar crime in trust accounting for property agencies, property taxation, forensic trust accounting, tenancy legislation, strata management and occupational licensing. Property governance is a key topic area at both the Federal and State levels, particularly with the ongoing changes and reviews applied to the associated Acts and Regulations. Similarly white collar crime in property agencies, during the last 10 years has significantly increased. Therefore the main streams of the research includes the development of the theoretical structure of history for occupational licensing and its effective application for consumer protection; the impact of information asymmetry within property agency fields; and the application of property taxation in the emerging property development arena.
