TEACHING AND SUPERVISION

Dr. Husam’s teaching philosophy is grounded in fostering an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment that prioritizes student success and well-being. He is committed to cultivating a positive work culture that empowers both students and educators, encouraging active learning, collaboration, and innovation.

At UTS, he has taught and mentored across diverse subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His teaching portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

Through these subjects, he integrates real-world applications, research-led content, and industry-relevant case studies, preparing students with the digital, analytical, and problem-solving skills needed for future careers.

In addition to classroom teaching, he is currently supervising/cosupervising a couple of PhD students and more than 10 Honours, undergraduate, and postgraduate students, many of whom have successfully completed research projects and advanced their academic and professional pathways.
