With over 100 peer-reviewed publications, substantial research funding, and strong industry collaborations, his work contributes to shaping innovation ecosystems and informing business and policy decisions. He actively engages with industry and government to foster knowledge exchange and support strategic thinking that enables organisations to adapt and grow.

At UTS, Jochen prepares future leaders to think strategically, innovate responsibly, and contribute to a more resilient and competitive economy. By bridging research, teaching, and industry engagement, he helps bring impactful ideas to life, benefiting both local and global communities.
