BIO

I am a PhD Candidate in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Under the distinguished supervision of Distinguished Professor T. M. Indra Mahlia and Dr. Islam Md Rizwanul Fattah, my research focuses on the development and application of innovative Mixed Matrix Membranes (MMMs) tailored for the removal and mitigation of Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water systems. My work stands at the intersection of environmental nanotechnology and advanced water treatment, aiming to provide sustainable engineering solutions to one of the world's most persistent environmental challenges.

In addition to my research, I am deeply committed to academic mentorship and education. I currently serve as a Fluid Mechanics Tutor at UTS, bridging complex hydrodynamic principles with practical engineering applications for undergraduate students. My broader academic and professional interests encompass membrane fabrication, contaminant transport, and fluid dynamics, all driven by a passion for advancing clean water security.
