While I take great pleasure in conducting research, teaching as a university instructor is my true calling. I find it immensely rewarding whenever my teaching leads students to an 'aha' moment where they are able to 'connect the dots' and contextually understand abstract concepts without a laborious mental effort to mechanically recall their definitions. In turn, intellectual exchanges with students inspire fresh ideas that are beneficial to my research agenda.
