Dr Kaitlyn Poole's research encompasses law, popular culture, and social justice, with a particular focus on methodologies that imagine popular culture's legal possibilities and its capabilities for social change. She combines creative writing, visual mediums, and digital media with sociolegal scholarship, predominantly that of feminist and queer theories, to progress the translation of law to and from popular imaginings of justice.
