The video series 'Women Making a Difference: A Celebration of UTS Alumni' highlights the wonderful achievements of the UTS Business School women alumni.
Katie and Ece worked together to interview women leaders who are creating impact in their various fields. These remarkable women discussed how UTS Business School contributed to their success, talked about their career progression, and challenges they have overcome in the industry. Most importantly, they offered advice for future women leaders.
By working together, Katie and Ece demonstrated a commitment to promoting each other's success and advancing the cause of gender equality in the workplace, in the industry. This is a shining example of collegiality in action, as the women are working together for a common goal, rather than competing against each other. The project they developed embraced input from a diverse range of perspectives and skill sets, women from different backgrounds, industries, and levels of experience. They too brought their own different individual strengths to the project, and by collaborating, they benefited by learning from each other’s expertise. By coming together to support and uplift each other, these women are setting a positive example for the entire industry and demonstrating the power of collective action.
