Dr. Danny Phung has had over 12 years of research and teaching experience in the areas of robotics, automation in construction, 3D reconstruction, and image processing. He conducted research projects on Eye tracking with NTT Cyber Solution Laboratory, Japan, Tele-heath with Mechatronics and Automation Laboratory of National University of Singapore, 3D hand tracking with Samsung Mobile R&D Centre, Point cloud processing in construction with SIAMA Pty Ltd, Australia, Robotics and Automation in Construction with Department of Defence, Australia and published a number of of research papers. He was the recipient of many research awards including the Australian Endeavour Research Fellowship
