Melinda joined the TAC team in IML during the Sydney lockdown in August 2021 and offers eclectic curriculum design and scholarship supporting learning and teaching in higher education, Indigenous higher education, and higher education research methodologies. Earlier roles in the Gulaay team at Charles Sturt University, and Educational Innovation at the University of Sydney affirmed Melinda's interpersonal, reflexive and reciprocal ways of working.
