Indigenous education including reconciliation studies; Human rights education; multiculturalism and cultural diversity in schools and the development of professional learning communities.

Current research projects include projects the mapping of human rights education within the school curriculum in Australian schools; women and human rights issues - including a small project on women education in Afghanistan. She is also working on social impact strategies with the NGO sector.
