BIO
Ravi Ranasinghe received his B.Sc Eng. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka in 1995 and PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia in 2002. Prior to joining the UTS Centre for Autonomous Systems (UTS:CAS) in 2010, he worked in the industry (ranging from startups to national level research centres of excellence) for many years .
Currently he is a Senior Researcher Fellow at the UTS Robotics Institute (UTS:RI).
