Experienced in research management, ethics, administration, project and people management, implementations of operational processes, navigating policy and procedures, and communications to academics and stakeholders. 

As a member of the UTS Faculty of Law Research Office, Reka works closely with the team and academics to foster research capabilities, funding opportunities, collaborations and uptake, build and engage research communities, bride gaps between researchers, central offices, faculties and funders, and demystify policies and procedures.

Past research management experiences with UTS Business School and UNSW Research Grants team. 

Prior to being in research management, Reka's career was in marketing, advertising and client management.
