TEACHING AND SUPERVISION
Service Science, Service Operations Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Innovation and Technology Management, Strategic Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Essentials, Business Operation Principles, Business Strategy, Quality Management, and Value Chain Management.
Dr Agarwal has managed and taught curriculum in the field of Electronics Engineering and Computer Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and reverting back to academics at UTS since 2008 she led the introduction of a service science major for the MBA program at UTS Business. She has been instrumental in designing the accredited Masters in Strategic Supply Chain Management programs including the Extension programs as well as the design of Masters in Supply Chain Management UTSOnline nested suite of programs in collaboration with Keypath. She has developed content for several online programs including the Supply Chain Essentials online subject for the Graduate Certificate in Business Consulting and Technology Implementation online program launched in collaboration with Microsoft. She has a strong interest in interdisciplinary curriculum development and takes pride in adopting holistic approaches to teaching and learning in the areas of service innovation, service operations management, operations and supply chain management, value chain management, innovation, entrepreneurship, and service and network productivity and data Analytics.
