BIO

Sam is a lecturer within the UTS School of Sport, Exercise & Rehabilitation. He is a passionate teacher in the areas of exercise physiology, sport and exercise medicine, exercise prescription, and lifespan development. He focuses on high-quality, high-impact research, with a particular interest in the effects of exercise on cardiometabolic and mental health in inactive populations. Sam has founded and managed an allied health business and bridges the gap between research and practice through his work as an Accredited Exercise Scientist.
