BIO

Samuel is a property expert with over a decade of international experience, known for his distinctive approach of combining econometric analysis with real‐world property insights. His research spans housing markets, property economics, property investment, and real estate finance, with a particular focus on developing evidence‐based strategies to address global housing challenges.

 

He holds a PhD in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, where his work contributed to advancing critical insights into build-to-rent. Samuel also earned a Master’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands, strengthening his interdisciplinary grounding in economics, policy, and urban systems.

Driven by a commitment to resolving the global housing crisis, Samuel's work integrates rigorous modelling with practical policy applications. His professional and research experience extends across emerging economies, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, giving him a deep understanding of diverse housing systems and international best practices.

 

Through his research, teaching, and advisory roles, Samuel continues to contribute innovative thinking to the fields of property economics, investment, and housing policy.
