Sofia’s professional interests reflect the areas supported by her Research Operations and Development team, including research development, funding, operations and governance, and the organisational capabilities that enable researchers and research teams to succeed.

Her team is also responsible for research systems and performance, supporting the systems, information and processes that underpin effective research management and institutional research performance.

The team’s responsibilities include research outputs management, supporting the capture and management of traditional publications and non-traditional research outputs to ensure the breadth of UTS research activity is appropriately represented.
