Stella Vasiliadis

Stella is responsible for leading the delivery, implementation and monitoring of the Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion and the Human Technology Institute strategies and operational plans. Stella is passionately committed to respectful relationships and fostering inclusive and collaborative leadership and supporting the Centre in a continuous improvement culture, to empower staff for individual growth and team excellence. Stella has over 25 years’ experience in the higher education sector across four universities.

Stella and her team are also responsible for overseeing delivery of the centre’s strategic plan, promoting engagement with the Social Impact Framework dashboard, supporting the wellbeing and development of centre staff, and coordinating the business operations of the centre to ensure we meet our objectives to be a leading practice workplace.
