Theresa Winters is an award-winning community manager with over a decade's experience managing communities as diverse as the international sector to coworking.

Theresa's previous university experience spans multiple countries, from working at her alma mater, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; to studying at Swansea University in Wales; to her first post-uni job in the International Office at King's College at the University of London. She now serves as the Alumni Programs Coordinator at UTS.

She previously served as a Board member of the Surry Hills Business Partnership and as Dean of the Sydney chapter of The Awesome Foundation​.
