TEACHING RECOGNITION AND AWARDS:
In 2017 his teaching was recognised by UTS, with a Teaching and Learning Citation (with Dr Natalia Nikolova) for their pioneering work in cultivating moral accountability as the flagship subject in the MMgt, 21937 Managing, Leading and Stewardship.

In 2020 his innovation in educational learning was recognised by UTS, with a Teaching and Learning Citation (with Associate Professor Christopher Bajada, Dr. Sonja Singh and Roland Tralyer) for their pioneering work on assessing Threshold Concepts to assure public trust in university qualifications.

In 2020 he was recognized as "excellent" by students every year for three years (2017, 2018, 2019) across two subjects (21937 Managing, Leading and Stewardship along with 21856 Career and Portfolio Development) - an achievement recognised by his Management departmental colleagues.
