BIO
Tia is a qualified member of CPA Australia and holds the position of Subject Coordinator, Lecturer and Scholarly Teaching Fellow within the Accounting Discipline Group of the UTS Business School.
In recognition of Tia’s dedication to teaching and learning practices, she was awarded the 2014 UTS Learning and Teaching Award for her excellent contribution to teaching, learning and the student experience. She has also received a number of Business Prizes for Excellence in Teaching in both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses throughout her career.
Tia’s professional industry experience extends to both chartered accounting at KPMG; as well as commercial accounting where she held positions within Johnson & Johnson in Management Accounting and internal Audit.
