I am an higher education teaching and learning scholar with expertise in global WIL, career development learning, intercultural communication, international and cultural studies, and diversity and inclusion. My teaching passion is guided by transition and inclusion pedagogy and authentic learning for career and social impact ready graduates.

I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Applied Linguistics (English and German), Tertiary Teaching and Intercultural Business Communication at Friedrich-Schiller University in Germany. My PhD on intercultural competence development was awarded through Macquarie University, Sydney.

I have held lecturer positions in China and Australia.
