ECAN is a UTS-wide official network for Early career academics (ECA’s), providing a forum to;

• Collaborate with other ECA’s on common issues and challenges related to teaching and research
• Provide input into programs and mentoring opportunities that support the development of ECA skills and knowledge
• Have a focus on issues and priorities important to ECAs at UTS.
