Khushboo Singh (Member, IEEE) is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Electrical and Data Engineering at the University of Technology Sydney. She has over 10 years of experience spanning academia and industry. She earned her Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from Macquarie University, Australia, in 2021, supported by an International Research Training Program (iRTP) scholarship, and completed her Master’s degree in India under the prestigious, merit-based LNMIIT scholarship.

Dr. Singh is actively engaged in cutting-edge research and collaborates on several mission-critical projects with the Defence Science and Technology Group (DSTG), including the Communications and Surveillance Division (Edinburgh, South Australia), the Littoral Autonomy–Maritime Division (New South Wales), and the New South Wales Government.

Her current research, conducted in collaboration with DSTG, focuses on developing high-power, high-performance, metasurface-based beam-steering millimetre-wave antennas with in-antenna power-combining capabilities. 

She has successfuly co-supervised a PhD student and currently  co-supervising two other Ph.D. students at UTS and a Master student in University of Moratuwa, Srilanka.

5. 2023 Eureka Prize for Outstanding Science for Safeguarding Australia. The MetaSteerers technology team was awarded the 2023 Australian Museum Eureka Prize for Outstanding Science in Safeguarding Australia.
