BIO
I am an Environmental Engineering graduate, passionate about textile innovation and circularity.
I completed my undergraduate at RMIT in 2022, with an honours thesis investigating crygenic grinding as a new technology for large-scale textile recycling in Australia.
I have since worked in industry, in corporate sustainability at Myer. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing the achievement of company targets in line with waste & circular economy, energy, sustainable style & sustainable sourcing, and packaging sectors.
I am now a HDR student at UTS's Institute for Sustainable Futures, investigating the integration of recycled textiles into the Australian market.
