I am a PhD student at the Institute for Sustainable Futures undertaking transdisciplinary research with a focus on embodied practices for transformative learning and social change. I have 15 years of combined professional experience in research consultancy and project management roles in the areas of sustainability, international development, and mental health. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and dance movement therapist.

I have research interests in the following areas: embodiment/somatics and social change, sustainability transformations, transformative learning, and social movements.
