BIO

Before commencing his PhD in Law at UTS in 2022, Javier Hernandez worked as a researcher and lecturer in Jurisprudence and Legal Reasoning for over a decade. His PhD research examines the contribution of Thomas Hobbes's theory of rights to contemporary philosophical debates on rights.
