BIO

Michelle Alm Engvall is a PhD candidate researching sex workers' expreinces in law refrom in Australia and Sweden.

She is a Cultural Anthropologist with experience from the international humanitarian and development sector and a long history of community organsing for gender equality and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). 

 

Her academic writing is motivated by a drive to research for change and her research interests include sex workers' rights, gender equality, political activism, and inclusive and responsive policy making.
