BIO
Nathan Moore (he/him) is a Higher Degree by Research (PhD) student in the Marketing Discipline at UTS Business School. His research interests lie in understanding and influencing the patterns of consumer behaviour that impact the environment. Nathan is focussing his doctoral research on exploring the areas of consumption that are believed to have the most significant impact on climate change. His current research involves developing targeted experimental interventions (nudges) aimed at encouraging the adoption of electric cars. This research is rooted in the understanding that individual differences in attitudes and cognitive styles necessitate a dynamic approach to promoting sustainable behaviour.
Nathan joined the UTS Business School as a PhD student in August 2023 and is under the principal supervision of A/Prof. Adrian Camilleri (UTS Business School). He is co-supervised by Professor Ben Newell (School of Psychology, UNSW) and A/Prof. Natalina Zlatevska (UTS Business School).
