BIO
I am an experienced lecturer and researcher specializing in Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity. With a passion for nurturing a dynamic academic environment, my teaching philosophy emphasizes active learning, practical problem-solving, and fostering robust student-faculty relationships. My doctoral thesis, "Generative AI for IoT Security," delved into the application of machine learning techniques like representation learning and generative AI to address emerging cybersecurity challenges, particularly within IoT networks. I am dedicated to ongoing research involvement, curriculum enhancement, and collaborative ventures with industry partners to ensure students are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills for success. Furthermore, I actively contribute as a reviewer and member of the Technical Program Committee for esteemed publications and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems (TNNLS), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Access, Scientific Reports, Computer Networks, International Journal of Information Security, The International Journal of Informatics and Communication Technology (IJ-ICT), International Conference on Communications (IEEE ICC), The International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT), and the International Symposium on Modeling and Optimization in Mobile, Ad hoc, and Wireless Networks (WiOpt).
