FUNDED RESEARCH

My laboratory is interested in the regulation of gene expression focusing on the role of non-coding RNAs. We apply a series of state of the art approaches such as biochemistry, high-throughput DNA and RNA sequencing and, in collaboration, bioinformatics.

We have wide range of expertise in various gene targeting methods such as RNAi and CRISPR/Cas9.
