DrJulien Marchand

Dr Julien Marchand, Senior Lecturer for TD Electives at UTS, leverages over 12 years of academic expertise and a decade of innovation consulting experience with firms like Capgemini and Telstra. Julien has become known for his expertise in Teaching and Learning (T&L), particularly in the area of entrepreneurship within a transdisciplinary context influenced by his PhD on student entrepreneurs. Julien has led significant program designs, including MBA capstones and bachelor programs, while fostering teaching excellence across multiple institutions. At UTS, he is supporting the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and advancing AI-driven teaching strategies. His current work includes developing a new transdisciplinary elective, integrating an entrepreneurship framework to deliver impactful, experiential learning for students across disciplines.
