IMPACT SUMMARY
Paulina Larocca’s work bridges academia, industry, and the public to expand how creativity is understood, practiced, and valued. Her practice-led research has shaped curriculum design, institutional innovation, and community engagement through multisensory, participatory, and ethical approaches to storytelling and systems change.
Her NTROs — including Fractals of Nature, Pollinating Hope, and The Creative Lab — create public access points to complex topics such as ecological grief, death literacy, and collaborative creativity. These works have engaged diverse audiences across universities, cultural institutions, and community settings.
Paulina’s professional background as Global Director of Creativity and Innovation at Pernod Ricard Winemakers, and her ongoing consultancy with global organisations such as Microsoft, provide her academic work with strategic and commercial depth. Her creative leadership was recognised when Pernod Ricard was listed in the AFR’s Top 50 Most Innovative Companies.
Through teaching, public scholarship, and project leadership, Paulina advances embodied, ethical, and transdisciplinary forms of creative education and inquiry that are helping to reshape the future of learning, research, and cultural practice.
