TEACHING AND SUPERVISION
During the Fall 2026 session, Antonio taught three Services Marketing tutorial classes. His teaching approach is grounded in meeting students where they are and recognising differences in confidence, prior knowledge and engagement.
He uses guided questioning, real-world examples, small-group discussion and targeted invitations to participate, helping students discover answers rather than passively receive them. Student feedback particularly recognised his ability to encourage participation and create a comfortable environment for questions.
Before becoming a university tutor, Antonio spent approximately six years coaching high school swimmers. Across both settings, he has found that learners do their best work when they feel safe enough to participate, curious enough to ask questions and supported enough to take ownership of their development. He aims for students to leave class not only knowing more, but feeling more capable and confident in working through unfamiliar problems.
