IMPACT SUMMARY

My research aims to contribute to the advancement of safe, sustainable, and cost-effective energy storage technologies by addressing critical challenges limiting the practical application of rechargeable zinc-ion batteries. Through the development of innovative interfacial materials and electrode stabilisation strategies, this work seeks to improve battery durability, electrochemical efficiency, and long-term operational stability.

By advancing the fundamental understanding of electrode - electrolyte interactions and zinc deposition mechanisms, my research has the potential to support the development of reliable energy storage solutions for large-scale renewable energy integration.

Ultimately, this work contributes to the broader transition towards sustainable energy technologies and a low-carbon future.
