MrsGemma McErlean

Gemma’s research advances cancer survivorship, long-term follow-up and palliative care, with a particular focus on people living beyond allogeneic blood and marrow/stem cell transplantation.  She also leads and collaborates on implementation-focused research that strengthens care transitions, service equity, and nurse-led models of care across complex health systems.  Gemma is passionate about building nursing research capacity and culture - supporting clinicians to generate high-quality evidence and translate it into safer, more person-centred cancer care.
