MrsGemma McErlean

Gemma coordinates postgraduate teaching in evidence-based practice, critical appraisal, clinical judgement and reasoning, and project-based learning within nursing programs.  She is committed to developing the next generation of clinician-researchers through structured research mentoring and higher degree research supervision.  Her teaching approach equips nurses to ask better clinical questions, appraise evidence with confidence, and deliver measurable improvements in practice.
