BIO

I am a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney, specialising in motor control, motor learning, and skill acquisition. My work bridges fundamental theory and applied practice, with a strong emphasis on translating research into real‑world sport, physical activity, and coaching contexts. I maintain an active, industry‑engaged research program that integrates behavioural science, biomechanics, and emerging digital technologies to better understand how people acquire skill, sustain motivation, and transition into lifelong physical activity.
