Filipe’s research lines investigate how complementary Quality Management (QM) capabilities and Industry 4.0 digital enablers accelerate industrial decarbonisation without compromising operational excellence. Supported by a UTS International Research Scholarship, the study builds an evidence-based framework that manufacturing managers and policymakers can deploy to reach carbon reduction targets. Filipe also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
